Randall Lewis
Randall Lewis has devoted his career to serving the citizens of West Virginia in the development of infrastructure and promotion of economic development. Mr. Lewis has acquired over 30 years of experience and has immeasurable knowledge of state and federal funding programs. His broad experience supports projects that may otherwise be financially infeasible and works to develop practical and cost-effective solutions that allow projects to be funded and constructed in a reasonable timeframe.
Prior to working for ELR, Mr. Lewis was the Executive Director of the West Virginia Water Association, where under his leadership, membership and budget growth skyrocketed to an all time high. Mr. Lewis was also the Deputy Director for the Region II Planning and Development Council and has attained expertise in planning and assisting government agencies to facilitate the development of infrastructure while linking to the benefits of economic development.
