History

We come from humble beginnings and were founded and named after our president, Edward L. Robinson, P.E., P.S., in 1978. The company began as a small surveying firm with only four employees and has grown exponentially to what it is today – a highly diversified engineering and surveying firm with nearly 200 full-time, experienced professionals and support personnel. ELR offers a complete range of services, including construction management, transportation engineering, public water systems development, oil, and natural gas systems development, geotechnical engineering, surveying and technology, mine engineering, land planning and landscape architecture, bridge and structural engineering, and site development.

We attribute much of our continued success to our commitment to complete customer service, unwavering quality, and innovative solutions.
