We are proud to announce the addition of WD Smith to the company. Mr. Smith has spent the last 21 years in West Virginia as Executive Director at the Region 4 Planning and Development Council. Within the Fayette, Greenbrier, Webster and Pocahontas counties, he accumulated 28 years of extensive experience as project administrator where he was responsible for developing and funding hundreds of public water and wastewater systems.

Mr. Smith’s extensive background also includes working for the Island Creek Coal Company as an Environmental Engineer where he later spent 9 years acting as an Industrial Engineer and Environmental Engineer for the Westmoreland Coal Company.
