ELR would like to showcase two recent additions to our firm. Mr. Paul Mattox, P.E. and Mr. Nick Tennyson, P.E. are now employed by E. L. Robinson Engineering. Mr. Mattox served as the State of West Virginia Secretary of Transportation for twelve years. He is recognized as being the longest serving Transportation Secretary and Highways Commissioner in West Virginia history. Mr. Tennyson served as the Secretary of Transportation for the State of North Carolina, a $4 billion, 10,000 employee organization responsible for almost 80,000 miles of state maintained highway – the 2nd most of any state.
