A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at the Town of Matewan City Hall at 10:00 a.m. on September 26, 2024. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory.

Bid date:

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Red Jacket Sanitary Sewer Upgrade Project will be received by the Town of Matewan at City Hall, located at 617 East Third Avenue, Matewan, West Virginia, 25678 until 1:00 p.m. local time on October 9, 2024.

Quantities of work:

Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 23,790 LF of 8" and smaller diameter gravity sewer line; 167 wastewater manholes; cleanouts, service laterals and all other items and appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications.
