A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Mingo County Redevelopment Authority, 1657 Fourth Avenue, Williamson, WV 25661.

Bid date:

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Mingo County Redevelopment Authority located at 1657 Fourth Avenue, Williamson, WV 25661, until Friday, May 2, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Quantities of work:

This work involves the construction of the Mingo County Air Transportation Park Sewer Project for the Mingo County Redevelopment Authority. The project involves the construction of approximately 1,900 linear feet of 10-inch and smaller diameter gravity sanitary line, one (1) wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 12,500 GPD, 17 manholes, a permanent standby generator, a grouted riprap discharge apron, an access road, excavation, site work, grading, and all related appurtenances. It includes all work designated in these specifications and as shown on the contract drawings.

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website for a nonrefundable fee of $100.00. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format.
