A MANDATORY pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on September 11, 2024, at “2:00 p.m.” at Big Bend Public Service District Office ; 285 Talcott Back Road, Talcott, WV 24981. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the MANDATORY pre-bid conference.
Bid date:
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the “Big Bend Public Service District Office”located at 285 Talcott Back Road, Talcott, WV 24981, until 2:00 p.m. local time on September 25, 2024. At that time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read.
Quantities of work:
“Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of a 12,500 GPD Wastewater Treatment Plant in Pence Springs, West Virginia. The site will involve the decommissioning of the existing wastewater treatment plant, site grading, and earthwork to bring the proposed plant above the 100-year flood plain. The project also includes the replacement of grating, cathodic protection, and related appurtenances at the existing Wastewater Treatment Plant in Pine Hill, West Virginia”
