E.L. Robinson Engineering Co. was contracted by the West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways to design a highway in Mingo and Wayne Counties, West Virginia. The design consisted of 1.5 miles of controlled access four lane divided highway with an interchange with four ramps. Approximately 3,000 linear feet of a four lane connector road was designed and 2,900 of utility relocation were done of Marrowbone Creek.
