The waterline extension ties into the existing Crum PSD distribution system near the intersection of State Route 52 and County Route 252/2 near the mouth of Upper Stone Branch. The waterline extension serves residents along State Route 52 from the tie-in point in a northerly direction to County Route 36. The waterline also follows County Routes 36, 36/2, 36/3 and 34 serving all residents along these roads and many of the connecting roads.
